Decks

Deck fibres shredded from pressure washing. Note raised caulking which indicates how much wood has been eroded over the years.

Failed caulking due to sun exposure which has become like tar.

Caulking separated from the planks leading to moisture getting inbetween and under the teak. These areas seen to remain wet after most of the deck has dried.

Teak veneer on plywood. A very cheap deck. It has been sanded to fix a damage but too deeply revealing the plywood. This type of deck cannot be refurbished by sanding.
